Boys Devon Novice and Open Championships 3rd October 2010

On Sunday 3rd October 4 of our Elite Squad Boys headed up to Exeter to Compete in the County Novice and Open Championships. All 4 boys competed extremely well against Boys from Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Torquay, Exeter and Barnstaple making their coaches very proud.

 George Honnor – U/8 Overall Champion
Alex Richards – U/10 Overall 11th place
Sam Evans – U/12 Overall 3rd place
Bailey Toms – U/10 Open Overall 3rd place

George did exceptionally well winning all but 1 apparatus and winning overall by a clear margin of over 3 whole marks, Bailey competing in the highest level of competition against GB Squad members did fantastically to place 3rd overall and Sam Evans did very well to place 3rd in a tough age group.

After impressive performances Bailey Toms and Sam Evans have been selected for the Devon team and will now go on to represent Devon at the SW Inter-Counties, Good luck Boys
