Coaches
All our coaches are qualified British Gymnastics coaches and pride themselves on the professionalism and commitment required to coach gymnastics and are committed to self-improvement. They all hold appropriate First Aid and Child Protection qualifications. Our coaching team consists of both paid coaches and volunteers.
The club has a strong coach education program. Coach education is undertaken during normal sessions, and coaches are regularly sent on coaching courses at other venues to work with more highly qualified coaches. The club often invites High Level coaches to the gym to dissipate their skills and knowledge to both our coaches and gymnasts.
The Management team carry out coach appraisals twice a year.
Coaches Code of Conduct
Many of our coaches are qualified to judge at British Gymnastics competitions.
