On Saturday 2nd May one of our elite squad gymnasts travelled up to Birmingham to represent the club and compete as part of the South West team at the Compulsory 4 Elite Grade National Finals.

Charlie competed against 63 of the best 8 and 9 year olds in the Country. The teams she competed against were the North, East Midlands, London, West Midlands, the South, Wales, North West, South East, East and Scotland.

Charlie Plumridge competed with style and confidence to help the South West team finish in a superb 6th place. This was Charlie’s first National Final and she competed extremely well and enjoyed the experience. The South West team was made up of Charlie, a gymnast from Exeter and 3 gymnasts from Bristol.

Individually Charlie did extremely well finishing in 28th place!!
