On Sunday 5th December 9 of our Squad girls went to Newton Abbot to take either their Club Grade 14, 13 or 12. All 9 girls passed with ease demonstrating some top class performances. A special mention must go to Lily Edmunds who was the youngest competitor in the competition but managed to place a fantastic 3rd place overall, this was also her first ever competition, well done Lily.

This competition rounds of what has been an outstanding year for our girl’s squads, who have medalled and placed at all levels of competition this year, County, Regional and National. The year has resulted in 15 Devon Squad members, 5 of those Elite County Members, 5 gymnasts that have represented the County, 4 gymnasts that have represented the Region, 2 South West Squad Members and a British development Squad Reserve. The girl’s squad between them have won over 100 medals this year.
